Eligibility for Refund

At Zora Bot, we are committed to providing excellent service. However, refunds are only available under the following conditions:

• Unsuccessful Payment: If your payment fails to process correctly through (-----), you will be eligible for a refund.
• Bot Not Activated: If Zora Bot fails to activate or work properly within a reasonable time frame after payment, we will issue a refund. Refunds will be processed within 4-5 working days of your refund request.

Refund requests will not be honored for any other reason unless explicitly stated in this policy.

Requesting a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund, follow these steps:

• Contact our support team at zorabot.site@gmail.com within 14 days from the date of your purchase.
• Provide your payment details, transaction ID, and a description of the issue (e.g., failure to activate the bot).
• Our support team will verify your refund request and proceed with processing if the conditions are met.

Refund requests will be reviewed within 48 hours, and if eligible, the refund will be processed within 4-5 working days.

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is verified, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. The processing time for refunds typically takes 4-5 working days, depending on the payment provider's processing times.

Refunds may not be instant and could take several business days to reflect in your account. If there is any delay or issue, our support team will keep you updated.
